Social and Emotional Leadership for Entrepreneurs

In this episode of Girl You So Random, I had the pleasure of hanging out with Melody McBride-Bey. We discuss social and emotional leadership for entrepreneurs and so much more around entrepreneurship. Melody McBride-Bey is a North Philly native! She received her Bachelor of Science in speech communication from Millersville University and a master’s in leadership and organizational development from Saint Joseph University. After college, she started her first company, Party Starters Entertainment, LLC that provides face painting, balloon art, and games to special events. In addition, she runs a non-profit dance program called, Motion Melodies where she provides hip- hop, jazz and ballet training to inner city youth, ages 4-17.
