In this episode of Girl, You So Random, I had the pleasure of talking with Nicaraguan-born Tania Romero, a writer-director, editor, and cinematographer. Her work has been selected at the 69th Cannes Film Festival Short Corner, Cine Las Americas, SXSW, WorldFest Houston, and ICARO International Film Festival among other festivals. As a visual storyteller, her work focuses on the concerns of marginalized communities and highlighting the contributions of women in our society. She is a world traveler, amateur cook, animal-lover, and multilingual artist-philosopher. Currently she is an assistant professor of media production and media studies at Villanova University.
