Sometimes we don't understand the attachments or requirements behind our commitments. At times we make commitments when we are in a good mood, when we are inspired or when we think it's a good decision....and then some time goes by and we may realize that we regret making that commitment for varies reasons. 

Understanding everything that is required to keep that commitment is critical to ensure we remain loyal to it. This is something I am still working on....I wonder how many of you might be too.
