This week we are talking about taking time to celebrate just how far we have come in our business. No matter how far along you are in your journey, you have something to celebrate. 

I am encouraging you to take a moment this week to pause and give yourself the credit you deserve for the progress you are making. Too many times we overlook milestones because we are focused on 'what's next'. But this week I want you to give yourself permission to reflect on where you were when you started compared to where you are now (and give yourself the pat on the back that you deserve).
