Dr. Contes has a Bachelors in Technology, Masters in Education Administration and a Doctorate in Computing.

He speaks to about his team and what they did to support the kids.  

Communication and Flexibility were top priority along with the mental and emotional state of his kids and staff.  It was not easy.
