Let's talk mental diet. The word diet sucks because it's temporary but when we say that we mean what you consume, what you let into your brain. What we consume food and drink wise is vital, but what we let in our mind is potentially even more important.
How to clean up your mental diet:
1) Remove toxic people from your life
2) Turn OFF the news!
3) Be mindful of what you say to yourself, cut out the negative self talk and fill it with empowerment
4) Consume content from and hang around people who you admire in at least one area in life
