Title 21 Rewrite – The Municipality of Anchorage commissioned a private company to update its land use regulations.  This is part of the implementation of “Anchorage 2020 – Anchorage Bowl Comprehensive Plan”, for the Planning Department of the Municipality.  Shaun Debenham a board member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and expert on title 21.  Shaun discusses the rewrite from the standpoint of commercial building owners representing 30million square feet of commercial property in the Municipality of Anchorage.
