Gettin' to Know Christina Bothwell and Robert Bender | Glass & Ceramic Sculpture Artists

Art is open to interpretation. It’s that feeling you get the first time you see a painting or a sculpture. Your experience can differ drastically from the experience of someone else. That’s what we learn in today’s episode with husband and wife artists, Robert Bender and Christina Bothwell. As students of all disciplines of art, listen in as we talk about what it is that drew them to their current medium of truly one-of-a-kind glass pieces. We’ll also find out about what propelled them from their upbringing near Philadelphia to the “Big Apple”, and how it came to be that they settled in the small rural town of Stillwater, PA.
