Relax your neck and shoulders. Inhale slowly through the nostrils a deep breath, exhale through the mouth with pursed lips as if though you are puckering up for a big kiss. Keeping our breath slow and steady allows our mind to connect to our nervous system sending the signal that it's okay to relax, to be calm.
