People that are stressed for most of their day if not all of it have trouble regulating their emotions which can result in symptoms such as refusal combat headaches, stomach complaints, portfocus and concentration, poor quality of sleep quality of sleep, nightmares, tantrums come a meltdown's and angry outburst just to name a few. Teaching ourselves what stress feels like in our bodies as opposed to what a relaxed, calm body feels like , is the 1st step in teaching ourselves how to manage our own stress and anxiety.
