Always remember you are not your body or your mind. You are a silent witness. We can begin to deepen this understanding by using the power of the breath. We can watch ourselves breathe and observe the body. This helps us understand that we are separate from the body. We are watching the body. Watching the mind allows us to gain insight and go even deeper, understanding that we are not only our thoughts but we are also infinite and witnessing our existence while simultaneously living it. We are watching the mind. These two processes can help us achieve meditation. You might find you are meditating and suddenly you have the thought, hey, I'm meditating! Which effectively ends your blissful state of meditation. This is totally okay. Come back and keep observing. The space that you feel between the thoughts and breaths is meditation. The Serenity and Bliss you feel between the thoughts show that you have achieved that state of meditation that allows you to feel your true essence.
