I realized severe migraines I was having were related directly to improper breathing patterns and I hope this series helps you or someone in your life find relief from chronic anxiety, depression, or even physical pain.
I had what Paul Chek calls an inverted breathing pattern and its extremely detrimental to your health over the long run. Here is an article and video Paul put out to help correct an inverted breathing pattern.
