At the end of the episode I get into a story I heard on the Huberman Lab podcast about how dopamine is actually connected to motivation and how to use it. Listen to that full episode on his show to get all the deep details on how to put this into practice.
Ok, getting back on track can be a difficult process sometimes. The way forward is by building momentum. Whether that's by starting with an extremely small task or picking the big kahuna.
Once you set out to change or work towards this task you've chosen you'll immediately start to take action on that and see some progress or results which will spur you to continue.
This is what will get the ball rolling for you and then you can use that momentum to continue growing and improving.
Until next time, go get uncomfortable.
