We touched on the benefits of stress & how it can cause you to grow and reach beyond what you though you could, how iron sharpens iron, surrounding yourself with people that will hold you accountable, the story of him starting his creative brand agency and the hurdles he had to overcome to start a new business.

We opened up a discussion about the importance of truly knowing yourself to tell yourself the right story and how therapy plays a role in that process.
