Grit: Perseverance and passion for especially difficult long term goals.

In our opinion it's the deciding factor when it comes to being successful or failing in the long term. This is one of our absolute favorite topics and we were able to dive deep on research, podcasts, and books to bring you the research backed evidence about grit and how to get more of it.

As fathers this trait is one we want to be able to instill into our children. In order for us to do this we have to explore and strengthen this within ourselves. By challenging ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally we realized we need to put this in an episode to encourage you to get more grit in your life.
