In this final episode of our three part interview with Johns Hopkins defensive All Americans, and long time high school, college, and club lacrosse coaches, John De Tommaso (Team USA '86, 90, 94, & 98) and Brad McLam (JHU Football & Lacrosse HOFer), explain what the current best practices are for boys and girls looking to take their lacrosse game to the next level.
