Our host’s questions reveal some intriguing and unexpected truths about how each of the coaches interest in lacrosse was strongly influenced by Native Americans. Further into the interview Starsia and Tiffany describe what they consider the best practices for young players who are looking to improve their game as well as advance to the college ranks.  Get The Lax Scoop’s creative director, Steve Gresalfi, poses our first ever listener question to Coach Tiffany.  His answer describes the bizarre yet exhilarating pregame “relaxation” technique he utilized before winning the 2019 Men’s Division 1 NCAA Championship.
