Your Stories Are Getting in Your Way

In this episode, I talk about how so many of us have stories about our lives or about ourselves, which we base on facts and circumstances that have happened. The difference between facts and stories is that facts do not cause us pain, but our stories about the facts do cause us pain. Let’s see how we can unravel our stories from the facts so that we stop creating suffering for ourselves. We get to choose the narratives about our lives in ways that serve us.
