At 16 years old, Ce started a brand new life. He became a thief. It started with a winter jacket to avoid the cold, but led to cars, residential, and worse stuff after that. After 2 years in juvy, Ce was sent to prison in California. He came out at age 21 in 2002. He found his first job at a car dealership to wash cars. He worked 6-days a week, 12-hour shifts, but after making 25 cents an hour in prison this was a fresh start. Hear his story over the past 21 years to present day!
