Olivia is currently a business coach, consultant, and inspirational keynote speaker. She is Lockheed Martin Company. She graduated from Quinnipiac University with Master of Business with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, as well as graduating from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Sports Studies. She has also taken a significant number of classes in law.

Ms. Atkin has the Assurance of Learning certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), certifications in SHRM-CP and Project Management CAPM, and Green Belt Six Sigma, Tableau Analyst Badge. She has worked in supply chain and project management for IPP Pressworks and interned with The New York Giants Football team as game day staff in their Public Relations department.
