In 2014 I decided to create a company where people could live their best lives. I wanted to create jobs that empowered people and created a diverse working community. I went on a mission to build a remotely run business so that I could travel the world, and provide that opportunity for my team. This was before remote working was mainstream.
I founded and scaled a remotely run recruitment agency for 9 years and embarked on a mission to teach business owners how to create dream teams, wrote and published two books on the matter, and developed a results-proven hiring and retaining course called 'Hiring Method Simplified' which provides business owners with both the time and financial freedom that empowers them to live anywhere in the world with a thriving business that requires very little input from them.
