Throughout the gospels we learn that Jesus would get away often to pray by himself, but in John 17 we get an up-close look at how Jesus actually prayed. In this powerful prayer Jesus not only prayers for himself, he also prays that his glory would be revealed through the obedience of his followers and his future church.
