Majoring in the Minors: Haggai

This is the 10th message in the Majoring in the Minors teaching series.

We often gravitate toward the familiar stories in Scripture – David and Goliath, Noah’s ark, Daniel in the lions’ den. But tucked away toward the back pages of the Old Testament are twelve remarkable books known as the Minor Prophets. As we’ll discover, “minor” refers only to their length, not their significance. God still allows these prophets – from Hosea to Malachi – to speak with extraordinary relevance.
 
During this teaching series we’ll explore how these ancient voices address timeless ideas: authentic worship, faithful relationships, justice, and the unwavering love of God. 

These prophets spoke bold truth to power, called for genuine repentance, and painted pictures of hope in tough times. Their messages cut through the noise of their culture, and ours, to remind us of what truly matters most to God.
