What in the world is NLP and how can it help me?!
There's one question people ask when they hear I'm an NLP coach… what the hell is that?! Well today you’re gonna find out….
In this week’s episode I’m joined by Nick Reed Robbins, a master trainer and NLP coach from Reed Robbins Performance Solutions, a breakthrough NLP coaching and training academy, and we sit down to answer allll your questions about NLP!
We discuss what it stands for, who is was developed by and what it is at it’s core. We dive deep into the ways it helped Nick heal a 20 year sleep issue that almost ended his life, and how he went from being the victim in his life with little to no confidence or self-esteem, to an award-winning coach, master trainer of NLP, business owner and speaker.
We discuss how NLP is related to spirituality, and how it can be provide a practical toolkit for connecting better to your inner child, healing ancestral trauma, and helping you become more present in your day to day.
It was an honour to sit down with someone who has had such an impact on my own healing journey. NLP was the turning point for me, before training in it I understood a lot of spiritual concepts but had no idea how to actually implement them into my life to live better. NLP gave me that the tools to start transforming, which is why I’m so excited to be bringing you this episode, because I genuinely think it can help so many in living with more presence, contentment and fulfillment.
Nick Reed-Robbins comprises half of Reed-Robbins Performance Solutions alongside his partner Jess and together they teach NLP to others through their foundation, practitioner and master practitioner trainings.
You can find more information about their courses here: http://www.reedrobbins.co.uk (and I'm bias but you won't find a better place to train🤍)
Thank you so much for listening, and it would mean the world if you could leave a review if you loved ❤️
