Gay and Anxious Podcast
In today's world, there are still a lot of stigmas that surround both sexuality and mental health. As a member of the LGBT community who also has an anxiety disorder, I have my fair share of struggles. My hope with this podcast is to use the platform to help others that are struggling with similar issues. Whether you are an LGBTQ+ individual having trouble understanding and accepting your identity, or a person who struggles with mental health issues such as an anxiety disorder this podcast is for you! My goal is to provide a non-judgemental platform for myself and others and use it to heal and grow together!
