Laxmi Khanolkar, CEO and Co-Founder, Apar Games, acted as catalyst in successfully building Apar Games as India’s leading game development company. With over 100 published titles, Apar Games has a vast range of clients cutting across world geographies from China to Europe and even USA.
With more than a decade of work experience, Laxmi is an accomplished professional in the gaming industry and has worked with some of the renowned clients. Prior to starting Apar Games in May 2007, Laxmi served as producer at Rediff.com for a couple of years. Prior to her stint as an Associate Producer at Jump Games formerly known as Paradox Studios, Laxmi also worked on mobile games at Grey Matter India. She started her career with LumenPhon Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. as a graphic designer.
During her career, Laxmi worked across various platforms including 3D games, online games, mobile games and has also directed corporate films.
A graduate from Sir J.J.College Of Fine Arts in 1999, games as a career just happened to Laxmi. With a master’s degree in Information Management from Welingkar’s Institute of Management, enjoys dabbling in paints and photography when not working.
