This is the first time I get to chat to the awesome woman that is Hayley Webb.
We have been on the most fantastic adventures together, both physically and all things podcast. I can’t get enough and I suspect that once you listen, you will be hooked too.
Hayley is an Army, Mountaineering and Adventure expert, who lives the most amazingly adventurous life.
What’s this got to do with leadership? We all have to lead ourselves in whatever we are doing and Hayley has to lead individuals, families and teams, in potentially life endangering situations. I’d argue that this is one of the greatest aspects of leadership.
Get your curious head on for this one and let’s dig in and see where Hayley takes us!
