Welcome to the Fan Gals of London City Lioness podcast brought to you by the Dream Teams Podcast, aka Lorne and Nora. If you don't know us, we run Girls FC, a non-competitive football club for women across the UK. Three years ago, we'd never played or even really watched football, but since starting Girls FC, we've become totally obsessed. So much so that we watched every single game of the Euros this summer. Now we've set our sights on understanding league football and what it really means to cheer on a team. So this season, we're following the London City Lionesses. And not just because they've got Lioness in the title, but because like us, they are new to the WSL. Each episode we'll be learning more about them and the league as a whole, and of course, having lots of lulls along the way. So let's see what happens!
