This week Lorne and Nora meet Charlotte Melia, a multi-award-winning international event specialist and CEO of D&F Creative.

Charlotte is the epitome of a woman with a can-do attitude and has grown her business around the world, creating events that cater to diverse audiences, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and engaged.

We discuss her love of musical theatre, why she thinks football is a better fan experience in Saudi Arabia, neurodiversity at work and at home, and why we need more female founders.
