Gal #21: Maggie Murphy - 'A value isn't a value until it costs you'

This week we meet the frankly incredible Maggie Murphy, a real trailblazer and, until recently, the CEO of Lewes Football Club.

Lewes FC is renowned for being the first football club to allocate equal resources to both its men's and women's team. Maggie has been mentioned on the podcast before, when Nicole Alison picked her as part of her Dream Team, and we are so excited to have her on the podcast!

We talk to her about leadership, fan experience, advocating for equal opportunities in sport, advancing a mission you truly believe in, and we find out who makes it onto her Dream Team of inspiring women.
