[LEGACY] What are Mythical Fursonas and Why They are Growing in Popularity

In this week's episode, we explain what mythical fursonas are! One of the foundational pieces of being a furry is creating a fursona, which involves choosing the species to represent that anthroporphic animal character. But there's only so many real animals to choose from, and in a fandom that encourages uniqueness, it can be hard to stand out. So to address this, many prospective furries have gone to not-so-real animals to base their fursonas on, including a group of animals known as mythical creatures. So on this episode, we take a look at some of these mythical fursonas, explore why they are increasing in popularity, and even make a new character for ourselves to understand why these creatures are taking over the fandom!
