Guest Bio:

Kat Daou's life really only began to make sense at the age of 28 when a transformative experience in Family Constellation Therapy opened her eyes to the impact of her family's history on her present. By separating her own experiences from inherited beliefs and traumas, she embarked on a journey to understand and heal the deep wounds that had shaped her family and were showing up in her own life. From generational birth trauma to immigration and war trauma, financial struggles, emotional abuse, to more complex traumas, Kat confronted the complexities of her family system with integrity, an open heart, and honor.

Rejecting the notion of keeping family secrets hidden, she embraced her role as a "cycle breaker" rather than the perceived "black sheep." This shift allowed Kat to trust herself, speak her truth, and challenge the patterns ingrained in her family lineage. Now, she turns to this transformative work whenever obstacles arise, seeking awareness, growth, and healing. By shedding light on unconscious beliefs and patterns passed down through generations, Kat has broken free from destructive cycles, paving the way for a brighter, empowered future for herself and her family.

With a heartfelt intention to assist others, Kat offers her guidance and support to explore the stories, pains, traumas, beliefs, and patterns within their own family systems. Together, she dreams of a life for all liberated from these cycles, helping individuals transition from feeling like outsiders to becoming courageous cycle breakers, one layer at a time.
