A look into the world of depression and what it takes for our community to finally admit that mental sickness can be treated and not swept under the rug. Our special guest Elisa Shea shares her story as she helped me realize that I needed help in this area. We both sit down and chat about the importance of raising awareness to this issue and gives her views of how to cope. Elisa shares how she became to be everyone’s shoulder to cry on and explains that it is ok to seek for help.
