Dealing With Generational Trauma

On this special episode I sat down with my good friend Deysi as we shared all of the baggage we have been carrying since childhood. Throughout our conversation, we realized that some traumas can come from past generations and the past mistakes of our ancestors. We discussed everything from relationships to even putting the spotlight on the mistakes out parents have done.
