Special Guest: US Army COL (Ret) Justin Sapp…aka the first Green Beret into Afghanistan. In Oct '01, he went in with a small CIA paramilitary team to make contact with the sworn enemy of the Taliban and Al Qaeda…the Northern Alliance, and to prep the DZs and LZs we needed to begin flowing combat power into Afghanistan to defeat the Taliban and Al Qaeda. The rest is history. His 3-man team also suffered our nation’s first casualty in Afghanistan.
