In this episode of "In-Depth", Jason revisits the interview he did with Rosemary Norris-Southward, the younger sister of James Norris, who disappeared from San Francisco in October 1974. His remains were located in rural Dixie County, Florida in 1976 by a heavy equipment operator working the side of US Highway 19. In this interview, Rosemary reflects on James' life, the investigation prior to and after his identification, and how his legacy has shaped her fight for justice in his case and others!
