It, is the Holy Spirit! God has given us all the power but unfortunately most haven't been able to activate it because people are choosing the devil over God. You can't have the Holy Spirit and the anointing and be serving the devil and in the world! There are many people singing for the devil and God, but God isn't pleased with that! People get caught up in feelings and emotions and think it's the Holy Spirit but it isn't! Stop insulting yourself and most importantly, stop insulting God! It doesn't work that way, that's why people mimic it because they don't have the actual thing!
