We also will look at how it's essential to establish and reinforce successful habits to improve our lives and taking conscious control of our actions. I discusses the key elements of a habit and highlights the importance of focusing on the right habits to achieve personal growth and success.

I also shares a process she learned on how transform existing habits, guiding listeners through identifying growth and non-growth habits and providing practical examples.
