Sitara holds an M.S. in biology and ethics. Her true passion is where mind, body, and spirit meet. After leaving academia to ‘be the change’ she wished to see, Sitara immersed herself in natural modalities of healing such as Ayurveda, meditation, herbalism, and various techniques in holistic psychology. She is passionate to help make meditation accessible to everyone and bust many of the myths that make people feel defeated. She creates custom crystal mediation beads (malas) and teaches people how to use them to meditate. Sitara also creates courses for people to learn more about how to live vibrantly and holds monthly women’s circles to help connect soul-centered women to live an empowered, aligned and liberated life.
