This infidelity journey is all about learning to find and create JOY again. I think that's our primary purpose to healing on this journey.

Yes, the pain is there. It still exists, but can we find JOY in spite of it.

In this episode we talk about putting your energy into finding JOY, creating JOY, being willing to believe JOY is possible, being willing to go out looking for the JOY, allowing yourself to feel that JOY.
