1 Samuel Chapters 20-22

In this episode, we read 1 Samuel chapters 20–22. David and Jonathan reaffirm their covenant of friendship, even as Saul’s hostility deepens. David is forced to flee for his life, finding refuge among priests and outcasts, while Saul’s jealousy drives him to violence and destruction. Through these chapters, we see themes of loyalty, betrayal, and God’s ongoing protection over David as he is prepared for his future role as king.
