In Romania there was a prison named Petesti. It was a "reeducation" camp during the years 1949 - 1952. Most people have no idea what happened here, what the goal was and the methods used to complete these goals. Meant to break the prisoners and remold them, what happened there was beyond horrific.  However you will be surprised that much of what was used during the experiments is still being used today.
