Summer of the Saucers - Ministry X

1947: The "Summer of the Saucers" launches the modern UFO era, coinciding with the conclusion of World War II and the signing of the National Security Act, which reorganizes the military and creates the CIA. Soon the space race and nuclear arms race would follow, along with the establishment of a new global hegemony known in conspiracy circles as the New World Order.

2024:  The New World Order is now the Old World Order.  As the spectre of a third World War looms, they are desperate to maintain control and keep their darkest secrets. But, is it aliens they're hiding or something else?
