 I'm pretty sure I'm not the only mom who has a weird relationship with screens and screen time. On one hand, I love that I can use my phone and computer to connect with people from home while in the midst of being a mom of little humans. But it's also super hard sometimes to focus on the present moment when there is a phone with instant gratification sitting in my pocket.
