Friday Coffee Talks #97 - Quick catch up after missing a week last week before diving into a sales-focused episode this week. The concept is not mine, but it has been a lesson throughout my career that I still am working on. Speaking in a manner and using language that my customers not only understand, but value. It would make zero sense to walk into a French Embassy and start speaking to them in Klingon. It's just as useless to talk to a Senior Systems Engineer about ROI and the impact it will have on their P&L. Finding the language that is most easily heard and understood by our customers is such an important thing that is easy to overlook.
