Friday Coffee Talks #106 - When I was just getting going in IT and then all over again when I transitioned from engineering to sales, I got so nervous before meetings that I wanted to throw up. I put so much pressure on myself to perform and to know everything and I was eaten up by so much anxiety that I can't imagine what customers must have been thinking when I walked in. Confidence is a huge topic when it comes to doing well in this space and it's all about finding the right balance that allows you to do well while also being careful not to overdo it.
