With the New Year coming up comes a lot of new years resolutions & intentions. I had a metaphor/analogy that came to me that really kicked my ass into high gear - so naturally I had to share.
Where in your life are you not playing full out? Where in your life are you putting band aid fixes knowing whatever it is you’re experiencing in your life right now isn’t what you really want. You want something different, you want something more, yet you find yourself settling, falling into old patterns. It’s all too easy to get sucked into the stories of why we can’t do something, the excuses are endless and they will forever be there. It’s those stories that push us to not take action towards what it is we want most & actually really set us free.
I share how not facing the music of certain things showing up for me & what it really costed me. It’s much more than money.
