Sharing stories is a big part of the heartbeat here at Freed and Flourishing Co. Our community has experienced the powerful value of sharing stories. It has helped us feel less isolated and alone, and we want that for you too. We believe we are all in the process of healing and we need each other’s stories in that process. 
When we started dreaming up what F&F Co. could be, a podcast was at the top of the list. We are eager and expectant to bring you raw, honest conversations about what it means to be a woman today and how to be faithful in all of our various roles. Our hope is that these chats will be safe and inviting and help you feel seen, known and validated in your own story. We want to affirm and encourage you in who you are, remind you your story matters, and share tools and resources that have helped us in our own daily battles.
