Wishes. Goals. Resolutions. Although we meet at the crossroads of these terms typically around New Year's, goals are flexible and should be implemented anytime, anywhere! And now that we're halfway through the new year, it's important to reflect on the importance of setting goals on our terms so that we can continuously learn and grow.
