Who Could Have Seen This Coming?

Is it sort of an unspoken rule among stunt people where you can’t really call yourself “one of them” until you get injured doing it?

If the answer is “yes” then this human cannonball, Chachi “The Rocketman” Valencia can officially be part of the club after an incident at a California county fair.

He was being show out of his cannon but ended up in the hospital after he bounced off the net to catch him and hit the ground below. He is now recovering from broken ribs, a broken wrist and a bleeding liver.
